Sincere, genuine and comforting

My desire is to create a ceremony that reflects the wishes, beliefs and values of your loved one and your family..

Nothing is imposed on you. Above all, my ceremonies will reflect the wishes of the family and the deceased, they will honor death and celebrate life.

I will spend as much time that is needed helping to create the ceremony and learning about your loved one in unhurried meetings with designated family and friends. In collaboration with you, I will carefully craft a eulogy and create a ceremony with music, poetry, quotes, readings, unique symbols and rituals. No ceremony is delivered unless every detail of the eulogy is checked and approved by the family, if that is requested.

Then, with compassion, sincerity and great care, I will conduct the ceremony at the crematorium, cemetery, burial wood or memorial location of your choice.

Whether your family is secular, religious, spiritual or interfaith, or if you simply wish to express yourself in a manner of your own choosing, I can help to create a meaningful, memorable, fitting end of life tribute.

After the funeral, I can offer your family a copy of the ceremony as a keepsake.

Thank you so much for all your work for my father’s funeral on Thursday, it was all that I had hoped it would be, and you managed to make the whole event about him.

Many people said how moving they found it and we were all very pleased with the way everything went.

I was also pleased that it was also not just about sadness and loss. One of my fathers frends said it was the best funeral she had ever attended.

Den would have loved that.

Many thanks G

Thank you for the excellent way that you conducted the service for Peter today. His family were very grateful, and I believe that everyone appreciated the dignity, compassion and the gentle touches of humour. It was a genuinely moving event, and we were very impressed by the forethought and attention to detail that you showed in the short time available for preparation.

Regards,

Gareth

We were so lucky to have been recommended Robin as our celebrant for my husband’s funeral. I did not even know what a celebrant was when we started the process, but with gentle patience, genuine empathy, and humour, Robin was able to ensure that Ian had a service that was truly reflective of his life and our wishes. Nothing was prescribed, but a suggested structure and potential examples were thoughtfully offered. Robin’s delivery on the day was perfect, and provided a reassuring anchor to proceedings. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Thank you,

Robin.
